How do you get to the D'Alessio Arena? Is there someone you have to talk to?

I don't think D'Allesio Arena exists anymore.
I think that it was just a higher lvl version of Random Arenas which can be found in the near the Great Temple of Balthazar. to get there just go to Lions Arch, click "M" and Choose the boat and go to "Great Temple of Balthazar" |
